A. Casual dining format: This includes a standalone store; typical size is 50 to 60 covers (1,500 to 2,000 Square feet including kitchen)
B. Fine Dining format: This includes a store with alcohol license. Typical size would be 60 to 80 covers with Bar facilities (2500 to 3,500 square feet)
The Gypsy Chinese has acquired expertise by centralizing its kitchen operations to manufacturing its signature sauces. With the documented recipes and standardized inputs for food preparation we have achieved high level of consistency of taste and quality across the outlets. Business Model
We offer three business models for both the formats.
a. Franchisee owned Franchisee operated (FOFO)
b. Franchisee owned Company Operated (FOCO)
In case, if you choose, FOCO model, the Gypsy Chinese Management shall manage entire operations.

Comprehensive Training
a. Franchisees and their managers receive intensive on-the-job training for a minimum of three weeks. On-the-job training is conducted including operations, daily management and line position training. This allows them to be familiar with their work setting.
b. Commitment to making an effective kitchen and service team
